I Cannot Find Shreddage 3 Stratus Free in Native Access

If you added your product code for Shreddage 3 Stratus Free to Native Access, yet do not see your library shown in the Available tab, then please try the following.

NOTE: This article refers to the new release of Shreddage 3 Stratus Free, which is a Kontakt Player library. If you're using the old Shreddage 3 Free versions, the code you received is NOT intended for Native Access, and therefore will not work. Check out our installation guide for more information.

Refresh Native Access

To refresh Native Access's database, there is a refresh button in the top right corner of the screen. Click this, and NA will reload your list of instruments.

Once you've clicked this, Shreddage 3 Stratus Free should now appear in the Available tab.

You can also manually refresh by logging in or out, though this is only suggested if hitting Refresh fails to work.
